The Salisbury Plain training area covers  a large area of Wiltshire.

Roughly From Warminster in the West to near ludgershall in the East and from Shrewton in the South to Market Lavington in the North.Many parts of the range are inaccesible with danger areas.

The village of Imber is only open at selected times of the Year generally Christmas and the New Year.

Many exercises both in the air and ground take place each Year. You just never know what you see.
