Hercules on the strip !

                  On  the 10th of August  the Swedish Air Force arrived at RAF Lyneham.

The 5 Day visit was arranged so the Swedish Air Force/Army could conduct a ground exercise in unprepared 'strip'  Landings .

The course visited both Salisbury Plain for Grass and Pembrey Sands for beach landings during the stay.

I caught up with the exercises on the 11th and 13th of August 2009.
