Cambrai Air show 2010

Over the Weekend of the 26th nd 27th June 2010, the last meeting national de l air to be held at BA103 took place.

Cambrai is in the region of Picardy in Northern France and around 1 hours drive from Calais.

Due for closure in 2011, all enthusiasts should get 1 last chance to visit the base next Year when the 50th Anniversary tiger meet exercise should take place there.

 Financial constraints meant the static show was thin and lacking any major quality for the thosands that visited the base. The Flying display was fantastic though and the Slovakian Mig 29 was a really nice suprise in the flying display. Add the French Rafale,Dutch,Dane and Belgian F16, Swiss F18,Hungarian Gripen along with the French,British,Turkish and Spanish display teams. Well done BA103 you will sadly be missed.
