Bwlch Oerddrws

The Mach Loop is a famous large flying roundabout used by military aircraft to train low flying around the Welsh mountains. Named after the machynlleth town in the Dyfi valley, the low flying system has quite a few locations to photograph the aircraft. Many of the locations involve a steep climb and once in your chosen spot a long wait often in the cold to see if any aircraft are going to use the area that Day. Bwlch Oerddrws the location detailed here is on the A470 Road between the village of Dinas Mawddwy and the Cross foxes Inn.

Be prepered to wait and be very prepared for the climate but be prepared to be thrilled!
