Algerian  AW101 Merlins at Westlands

Algerian Naval AW101 medium lift helicopters have become the latest Nation to roll off the production line at Westlands in Yeovil. 

Currently  6 are on order with rumours of many more being acquired.

Late 2009  saw the 1st  two in primer coat and civilan registrations. Gradually through the 1st half of 2010 the aircraft have obtained grey and red schemes with 2 of the order now fully marked with Arabic titles and the Algerian flag.
